Sessions are delivered fully clothed either lying down on a therapist bed or sitting comfortably on a chair. Energy is transferred through the hands, I am just a vessel for the healing. The session will begin with a talk about any areas of concern. I will either focus on a specific area or will work intuitively. My hands will work above or gently on your body (if this sits comfortably with you). You may feel various sensations, all of which are very normal.
